Sourced by Saigon-based Marou Faiseurs De Chocolat (pioneers of the bean to bar movement), Marou was founded in 2011 in order to support cacao growth in Vietnam. They work directly with family-run cocoa farms to ensure prices for beans well beyond Fair Trade cocoa prices.
