
We ship shuh. goodies to most places and all items are beautifully and carefully wrapped. Please leave us a note for any special requirements ie. gift wrapping or personalised notes.
Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address at the checkout. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer details. If you think you’ve made a mistake after ordering, please email us!
'Signature on delivery' will be arranged for unit/apartment addresses and orders over $200 for safety reasons. If you are not able to sign/accept the parcel at the designated address, it is your responsibility to check the tracking number and pick up your parcel from the collection point within the given time frame. We will not be responsible for lost packages if you do not collect your parcel on time.
To resend a returned package there will be additional shipping fee depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
If you are sending a gift to someone or nominating an alternate delivery address, please make sure the receiver is aware of the delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for packages once they are marked 'Delivered' by Sendle or Australia Post.
If an item is out of stock please contact us, and allow 1-7 days for production (non ceramic items) unless advised. For ceramic work, please allow 3-4 weeks for production.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Free standard shipping for all orders over $150.
Flat rate $9.95 standard shipping for orders under $150.
Flat rate $15 for Express Post.
All orders in Australia are mailed out via Australia Post or Sendle with a tracking number, except for cards.
All items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. Transit time can range from 1 to 10 business days depending upon your location in Australia.
shuh. will email or SMS your tracking code once your order has been processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle with a tracking number, except for cards or orders with a total of under $20.
Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average, but may take longer.
International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and customs fees imposed by the country of destination. These fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Please provide a secure delivery address. Lost or stolen packages are not covered by insurance or shuh.
Due to the weight and bulkiness of ceramic goods (except earrings, brooches and magnets), there is an additional postage for each additional ceramic piece. Rates depend on the size and weight of the piece. Prices vary for each additional piece. Additional postage will be calculated at checkout.

shuh. studio opens with appointment only, we will be in touch via email/SMS to organise a suitable pickup time. Please make sure to leave a contact option so we can reach you. The pickup address is 791 High St, Thornbury VIC 3071.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
shuh. adheres to Australian and Victorian consumer protection laws. We will refund or exchange faulty or not fit for purpose items.
As a small business, shuh. cannot offer a refund for change of mind. However, shuh. will offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind. Items must be returned within 14 days. Items exchanged must be in ‘as new’ condition and able to be restocked. Any postage associated with an exchange will be at the expense of the customer. This includes postage for returning the item, and sending the exchanged item.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchange or refund for socks, earrings, pillowcases and face masks.
We highly recommend that you track and insure your return items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in return post. Refunds will only be issued when we have received your returned item. Once we have received your returned item, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
